Note: Potential to Melt Product

Note: During the summer, warmer temperatures can occasionally cause this product to arrive slightly softened. Rest assured, this is completely normal and not a sign of any defect. Just pop it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes, and it will return to its intended consistency.

That said, in our testing and shipping trials, the product consistently arrived in excellent condition.
